The place is extraordinary it's far beyond the usual resort...i appreciate the creativity of the owner however there is just one thing that badly disappointed me....It's the "kabastosan" of their so-called receptionist...it's the blond-hair that i'm talking about....my encounter with that uneducated girl was the worst nightmare i ever had...i just wonder how this girl got the job of being a receptionist when she doesn't even know proper GMRC esp. in dealing with customers...i suggest the management look into it to maintain or attract customers so the latter would look forward into coming back to that place again and again....

One of the worst Resort ever, I have never been treated this way before.
1st. Totally unfriendly managment.
2nd. Room is not clean when check-in (dirt, shampoo left from previous customer etc...)
3rd. No towels ; no tissue ; no soap when arriving in the room.
4th. Regular check out time 12pm, and we had to argue with them to actually check out at that time because they were requesting to check out 8am.
5th. You have to pay to use the swimming pool during the day after checking out the room.
6th. No food at all, just chips and ice creams
7th. Only 3 channels working on the TV
8th. Someone from the staff says 100php per hour to extend the room and then someone else tells you 175php.

I have been to many resorts across the Philippines and this one has been the worst of all!! Totally disatisfied, I would really suggest not to go there!

i have been planning and searching this resort in the internet as this is one of the suggested resort that my friend told me. i was just shock with all the negative comments and having doubts on pushing through. hope the management could take actions on the negative comments above cause it could only waste the money they have invested in this resort. xxTriBu iNGLiSxx
