Yahoooo!! Cebu Festivals is considered as one of the Top 10 Best Cebu Blogs for 2009. I was not expecting that my blog will be include on the list, but out of 76 Cebu Blog Entries to be chosen, Cebu Festivals made it to Top 20 and finally to Top 10. This a great year-end gift recognition to my blog. Well, this is just the beginning of me, daghang pang!! Cebu Fiesta Blog Post this coming year of the Tiger.

For that, I would like to thank the following people for this recognition that has given to Cebu Festivals. First, the President of Cebu Bloggers Society, Mr. Mark Monta who organize the Top 10 Best Cebu Blogs for 2009, Second, the Pinoy Bloggers Judges - Jehzeel Laurente, Nancy Cudis and Ariel Lalisan, who successfully give scores to the cebu best bloggers, then the sponsors and lastly the readers, visitors, blogmates and friends of Cebu Festivals. My 2009 Philippine Bloggers Choice Award

My vote goes to Cebubloggers.com as the 2009 Philippine Bloggers Choice Award. Cebu Bloggers Society really deserves this award because it has a big AIM, "To promote Cebu through Blogs". And with this society, people around the globe will definitely acknowledge that Cebu is the most rich in cultures, island, foods, places, beaches and colorful festivals.

Cebu Bloggers Society was founded on the 14th of February, 2008 by Mark Monta. The idea of organizing bloggers in Cebu came to him after an online conference with Jerry Gervacio and Kevin Ray Chua. On that very day, he created a Yahoo group called Cebu Bloggers Society. A few months after that, more and more bloggers joined the group

Cebufestivals is also one of the finalist but I choose CEBU BLOGGERS SOCIETY - The Best of the Rest - If Cebu Bloggers Society WIN, Cebufestival is also a Winner. And Im am so proud and bless to be part of this society. Mabuhay ang CEBU BLOGGERS SOCIETY!!!

PBA 2009 Visayas will be held at Ayala City Sports, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City this coming October 18, 2009. The voting period of Bloggers Choice Award 2009 for the VISAYAS and MINDANAO: October 1, 2009 9:00 in the morning to October 14, 2009 10:30 in the evening. CebuFestivals is now Official Member of Cebu Bloggers Society

Atlast!!! For 3 months and 2 times consecutive passing the membership application, Kudos!! The CebuFestivals is now official member of Cebu Bloggers Society.

It was August 25 when I got an email message from Ms. Karen Veloso one of the members and secretary of CBS acknowledging me that my blog is approved and need to attend the CBS orientation on August 29 at 4pm exactly in Bo's Coffee, Ayala Terraces.

When I arrived in Ayala, I texted Ms.Karen that I already seen her, and of course she introduced me with members of CBS and also my co-new members.

I meet Evanjohnn O. Mendoza - CBS Board of Trustees, Xerxes Bernandez - Vice Pres for events, Sir. Ethelbert Ouano - Ad Hoc, Constituition & By Laws, Ms. Guada Esmeña - Vice Pres for membership ug c Tiborsho - CBS Board of Trustees. We were only six new members who attend the orientation, they are joemill, kim, francis, lemski, jayson and me. All of them are good bloggers and friendly to talk with.. :D

Thank you to Ms. Guada Esmeña and Evanjohnn O. Mendoza who really understands us on whats the inside and out of Cebu Bloggers Society.

Rest assured that my Service is in Yours, thank you CBS for being part of the society.
