Sinulog Festival Queen 2010 was a success, despite from not good weather condition, still "The show must go on". 11 young ladies from different participating contingents are competing for the crown of Sinulog Festival Queen 2010. And only 1 must be declared. Just earlier today, the judges has been concluded.
