Photo and info from TOLEDO CITY CEBU GOVERNMENTA 3rd year nursing student of Salazar Institute of Technology and who hails from Lutopan, Toledo City Ms. Marecar Celin crowned as Ms. Toledo 2009 during the coronation night. She will stand as ambassadress of goodwill and represent the people and City of Toledo in various functions and gatherings.

Second Runner Up and Ms. Tourism - Ms Glaiza Claire Blanco
Third Runner Up - Ms. Evelyn Gutual
Fourth Runner Up - Ms. Joanna Marie Opsima.

NURSING2X KUNUHAY! AS wat ive also heard hagbong d.i na xa sa ACT nga skul,, ACT pa lng gni hagbong nah,,bantog ra napunta sa salazar! so in other words,,, BOGO DYUD! 8-}
